PoP: Warrior Within and Universe at War-- they were both pretty dandy, all things considered.

advent rising, sure it had some bugs, BUT I FUCKING LOVED IT
It had A LOT of bugs. And then some!

Mine would be Hellgate: London.
-The drop rates are broken
-The levels are boring and identical(and they're sewers)
-The monsters have incredibly cheap attacks that can insta-kill you for no reason
-The classes are really unbalanced, and my favorite class(the spellcaster) is broken
-There's virtually no story

Make no mistake, Hellgate: London is a trully shitty game
But still, even after all those things , i consider it one of the most fun Hack & Slash games i've ever played
yeah i know, but i still loved the combat, the vehicles sucked, and served no point in the game, the powers were great and the story was good and original, oh well noone cares lol

Bring up any of my favored games and someone will hate it. The ones off the top of my head are Quest 64, Soulbringer, Septerra Core, Sonic Heroes, the Genesis version of the Addams Family, Majora's Mask, Tales of Symphonia: Dawn of the New World...there's probably more, but I haven't been paying attention to reviews for a while. At least, no non-recent ones.

Dune 2000 was a good game in my opinion.
Wait...who the hell was bashing Dune 2000? That game rocked!

And Dungeon Keeper 2...I dunno. The Pet Dungeon thing was seriously fun, but I could never get used to the main game.

Recently, I got the Devil May Cry anniversary collection, and from seeing some reviews for DMC2,I had my doubts when I first got into it...and as of just finishing it today, I have to say, I enjoyed it alot more than the original...the gameplay felt more smooth, and as i do like the wise-cracking Dante, i enjoyed his more serious and mature temperment in this one......
Really? I think I'll get it, then. I just got the original recently (after playing and loving the third one; it's kind of weird), but I noticed a couple copies of DMC2 at the same place.

I seriously considered posting World of Warcraft here, but after consideration I realized that the game itself wasn't the bad part but rather what it did to you as a person. The game aspect didn't start to decline until your server stagnated or BC arrived in stores.

Which forces me to actually think. This may cause drama.

Day of Defeat. I loved the game, but that doesn't change the fact that it was messy as hell. Bazookas/Panzershreks were about as effective as a firework launcher and I can honestly say that the only level I ever played/saw being played was dod_avalanche. Just my two cents there.

Baroque.

In reviews the game got alot of 4's, but the way it presents itself is so unique, I can't help but like the game.

Lair...I know, there is something wrong with me.

I don't know why, but I picked up the motion controls almost naturally. It just felt right and I was piloting a dragon. I felt like I was naturally riding a dragon. It was just too awesome for me.

Back in the NES days, I had a game called "Boy And His Blob". It was the weirdest thing I ever played and no one I let play liked it at all.

Oh, and CoD5 seems to be on everyone's shitlist. I thought it was a decent game.

Army of Two was quite fun with a friend. The story and voice acting were shit, but I still had fun.
Agree with this fully. A friend and I had a great deal of fun playing this game co-op. Also, we enjoyed the dialogue of the main characters. I mean, they reference the Wu-Tang Clan for God's sake... That's just awesome. ;D
