Bad guys you love

What's even cooler than a big buffed antagonist with a thirst for blood? A bad guy that's so clumsy or witty you can't do anything but love him/her. And yet they are scarce in videogames. Does anyone have any bad guys in mind that reside in your list of favorite characters?

I, for one, have grown fond of Dr. Nefarious from Ratchet & Clank. Don't ask me how, he's just hilarious at times when he shuts down and a melodramatic conversation from some sort of 30's romance movie is replaying. One of the best and funniest villains ever in a game.

And then you have No One Lives Forever 1 and 2. Magnus Armstrong, the Scotsman from the first game and Dimitri Volkov and that French mime assassin just made the entire reference to old spy movies worth the ride. God, I wish they would make a third No One Lives Forever ...

Sander Cohen, although he isn't a complete bad guy, only if you attack him.....Even though he sends splicers out to kill you at one point, he's still a......Good guy?
