Well there are soo many bad guys out there, so Im going for my ace in the hole. Angel Eyes played by Lee Van Cleef in "the Good, the Bad & the Ugly", quite obvious since he is The Bad!
He's actually so bad he's the inspiration to other bad characters as for example Revolver Ocelot who we hate and love from MGS series.
