I run up stairs ala Raiden from MGS2...sad but fun.
Course I don't go down the MGS style...that would cause injury

If I see a nice looking car, I start thinking about how I could steal it and escape, without getting killed by the cops.
Dammit GTA what have you done to me

Periodic insomnia, seasonal albinism, and sloth-like behavior.

Chain smoking used to be one when I was doing marathon sessions of a game ha...

Oh yeah, and scratching when something is frustrating... always seem to have to itch my nose during a tough boss or challenge, and it's been like that since the NES days.

ha... whenever I see a truck bed titled down, or a ramp of any sort while driving my mind immediately thinks of "insane stunt bonus" opportunity. If only I could do it.

I usally like to eat something while I play. But the bad thing is I always eat fast food or snacks while I play. But I did meet one player online one time that said he liked to eat salad while gameing....

I don't know how he made it work but he did.

Occasionally at night when I traverse my house I'll carry my lightsaber just in case there's a zombie downstairs

Oh, and thinking that Going and saying it's going to take 5 minutes to get somewhere 5 minutes away so I can finish the level will work, it doesn't. I budget time bad BECAUSE I throw video games in the mix...and sleep patterns, I stayed up all night last night to fix it because I stayed up too late playing God of War III ^^;;;

Well its certainly made me yelp like a fanboy when comming to the topic of 360 vs. PS3...

Its odd, most fanboys are fine in real life and horrid online, while I'm perfectly pleasant online, but all "LOLZ XBOX SUCKZ" in real life :p

edit: oh yeah, and I find myself continuously thinking "man, real life has some really good textures! I wander what the polygon count is?" XD

When I hear a gunshot in the distance I instantly hide behind the nearest cover. No way am I getting killed by a sniper.

Well I am extremely edgy about noises behind me but I'm not sure if that is because of games. When I walk around late at night on the streets I look behind me every 30 odd seconds.
Well I dont look back every 30 or so seconds, I do find myself on alert alot when out at night and I'm sure I can thank games for that (altho I consider it a good thing :))

I make excuses about going outside and doing things like..

"Ok I'll admit.. Real life has some good graphics and all.. but the gameplay SUCKS!!"

or

"I read a review once about going outside... I'm not a fan.."

I sometimes run through hallways eating dots, looking for power pills so I can kill ghosts, hoping to find occasional fruit laying on the ground.
A comic did a joke about that game, "I've heard reports that games effect kids, that obviously isn't true ... if it was I would have been walking round in dark rooms, munching pills and listening to repetitive music" followed by look of shock and realization.

On topic. I find myself looking at any slight movement of anything out of the corner of my eye more.
I heard almost that exact line in an excellent techno song. It's all the more ironic as techno is a bit repetitive, plus the dance culture often indulges in extasy pills.

And on topic, well I think the only bad habit gaming has given me is the urge to game more.

An instinctive reaction to avoid strings dangling from above.

Barnacles, man...

(Edit: This made me wonder why no one's tried coming up with Barnacle balloons yet xD)

Back when i was subscribed to Planetside, i played it so much that sometimes when a car, boat or something like that was coming towards me, i'd go to press V W V on a keyboard to make my character shout "Inbound enemy vehicles!"
It was a bit freaky.

Had to quit.

I keep stupid shit because someday it might be valuable to somebody if the apocalypse comes.

"This has a sharp edge! It could make a good weapon!"

Also, I tried spam once. Not a habit... but it was a video game inspired experiment. Yuck.
