I'd go with CAD. I used to read it, but over time, it just stopped being funny. Personally, I think it might have peaked early on in the comic's run, and now it's just painfully limping along. Also, I find it very difficult to care about (I'm guessing the severely autistic) Ethan and his posse. So I've stopped reading it.

However, to its credit, the artwork has improved rather recently.

I win.
I don't know how the internet has failed to take my visual virginity. Maybe I am just too desensitization to that sort of stuff on the internet.

But some how I feel this web comic has robbed my eyes of its virginity....

Everything here, with special mention to Monster Lover and Kit n Kay Boodle (for reasons that should hopefully be obvious).
The fuck? Jack is on there.

For me I always found Bittersweet Candy Bowl to be fairly bad. I tried to get through it. I really did. I spent an hour goin through the archive because there were a couple plot lines that were mildly interestin and I liked maybe one character and kept hopin that it'd all actually become interestin. Never did for me sadly.

Wow this Bad Webcomics page is full of nothing but bile and hatred. It reminds me too much of Uncyclopedia and Encyclopedia Dramatica. Seriously, people actually use this website as a reference for what not to read?

I probably should've mentioned something about the prevailing anti-furry bias (And applaudable lack of intelligence) that defines most of the editors...Yeah, that would've been a good idea.

(Flame shield up)

Actually, forget it. Flame shield down. I'm not afraid to display my hatred towards webcomics.

Pretty much all of them.

Seriously, I even hate Penny Arcade and Critical Miss. Stolen Pixels is occasionally funny, but it's still not that good. I have several problems with webcomics:

- Obscure jokes or references that even an avid gamer like me can't understand or doesn't know about (really? A character's face in Homefront? That's your joke?)
- Overuse of profanity and immature material to squeeze laughs
- Unlikeable, cocky main characters who think the world revolves around them and can go choke on roped turd
- Sweeping generalizations
- The trend of turning opinion into fact
- Over-explained jokes
- Under-explained jokes
- Jokes that are not very funny to begin with (most of them)
- God-awful "hipster-gamer" dialogue that is confusing and stupid
- Abstract or implied punchlines that make no sense
- Crappy, annoying, or obnoxious art styles

From the moment I saw my first Penny Arcade panel to right now when I just viewed an soul-crushingly unfunny Critical Miss, I've hated webcomics. And nothing can change that.

There are quite a few.
I don't want to keep you here all day though, so I'll just give you the really popular ones that are terrible, and deserve to be taken down a few pegs.
XKCD, Questionable Content, Sluggy Freelance.
Curious to know, what do you find terrible about Sluggy?

Somehow went from toy store humor to rampant sexuality along with political & religious scapegoats.

XKCD. I don't like the art or the jokes. It's just... Eeeehhhcccckkk

CAD is also up there. I check in on it now and again to see if it has improved. It hasn't

Jay Naylor comics are the second most retarded attempt at political satire I've ever seen. It's a shame, because he seems to have some artistic talent.
Wait, are we thinking of the same Jay Naylor? Because if we are, I've yet another reason to dispise the man.

EDIT:

No kidding. Did they really need to add all those characters traits and make them the main focus? I prefered it when he was making characters strawmen for those who he disagreed with on the topic of toys.

Persona 3 FTW and Persona 4TW. The art style is total crap, the parody aspect of it is laughable, the jokes are often either stale or repeated call-back jokes that aren't even funny. Overall they are horrible horrible webcomics and I have no idea how it gets thousands of views every single day.

And don't even get me started on the writer. "J.C. Scott aka Strain42". He has to add that so that he can pretend people give a crap about him as a serious cartoonist instead of just another stupid internet username with a Hitchhikers reference in it

A dumbass comic written by a total dumbass. Stay far far away from it if you know what's good for you.

...That was fun :p

Okay guess, all webcomics can be seen as bad by the general population. Its just that each webcomic is like by atleast a few people. I like XKCD and its more complicated jokes. I use to like Ctrl-alt-del before there were mountains of text. For the most part, I dislike all others which some other may enjoy. Sturgeon's Law applies here for specifically your taste.

If that's supposed to be a cure, then I'm sorry to say it has failed.

I'm five pages in and still not laughing. I gave up when it suddenly threw a crap-load of text at me and expected me to read it. No, I will not. I'm not going to suffer through your mountains of dialogue for something that probably won't even be funny.

I'm happy that you guys like some of these webcomics, more power to you. But I despise them completely. I don't consider myself pessimistic, cynical, or a "wet blanket", but I hate webcomics and do not find them funny. Me and them just were not meant to be.

Ah well. The dancing ninja grenade zombie Ben Franklin and space dracula was worth a shot.

That's made with the intention of being terrible.

Megatokyo is among the worst things to ever hit the internet.
