Note: It's the druid's husband that had bad things happen to him. The druid is Jaheira, and you can totally play on her insecurities about her husband and her feelings towards you while flirting with the (also insecure) winged elf who no longer has wings. Yes, Baldur's Gate II is that awesome.
Also Note: Minsc and Boo (his hamster) are perhaps the greatest video game human/hamster duo ever. ("Go for the eyes, Boo!")
