The Eagles. But then again I don't buy albums. I just go with random songs from the artist.
Of course The Eagles have never let you down, it's common knowledge that Joe Walsh is one of the greatest men to have ever exsited, along with Clapton, Waters and Gilmour.

Breaking Benjamin -I didn't like their new album quite as much as Phobia or We're Not Alone Here but I like it a bit more than Saturate. Saturate was still great though.

Also the Beatles. Haven't heard a single song from them that I don't like.

The Beatles...They just win. I also love Red Hot Chili Peppers and Gorillaz. There's also a local band around here called The Brobecks that are just amazing. Only two albums, but their music makes me all kinds of happy.

I know this is sad but, who are the last two you mentioned? I think I heard of Muddy Waters once but never anything about Gilmour. Other than the show.

As Brian Johnson once said to a reporter:
Reporter: Basically, you guys just made ten albums which have exactly the same songs on them.
Brian: WRONG! We made TWELVE albums with exactly the same songs!

Well, scientists have found out the the key to good music is melodies or sounds that constantly repeat. So things that keep coming back, sound familiar and sound good. So AC/DC played it smart. ;)

For me, it be Biffy Clyro, Muse and Radiohead.

Hell, Radiohead could release an album of just feedback and static and I'd still love every moment of it.

Gojira, Lamb of God, Rage Against the Machine, Biffy Clyro...and Megadeth if I'm being kind to Risk.

Those who come close:

Metallica - call me a heretic, but overall I'm not too fond of Kill 'em All.
Devin Townsend - Strapping Young Lad's self titled was a bit meh, but otherwise all aweomeness from the man.
Muse - The Resistance was just...I don't know, but it's not that great.

really? i mean, i love Nick Cave, but did you forget the pile of crap that was "Nocturama"?
i agree about Tom Waits, though. all of his stuff is solid in its own right.
to that list i'd add Einstuerzende Neubauten, Tool, and The Dresden Dolls/Amanda Palmer.
