Dr. Steel! would love to see him live
Doctor Steel live would be amazing.

Also, Pink Floyd(original Lineup), CAKE, maybe Don McLean(but only performing one song because that seems to be the only one I like by him(if you don't know what song I mean, google the name, I'm sure it will come up)), and Reel Big Fish. Probably some others too.

Dying Fetus, Amon Amarth (AGAIN), Entombed (AGAIN!), Deicide, Decapitated, Emperor (Well, I'll settle for Ihsahn), Mors Principium Est, Iron Maiden, Slayer and alot more.

Dying Fetus first though... That band plays PERFECTLY live as a 3/4 man band!

I've always wanted to see Turisas live. Mostly for this [http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gbZtopLocH4] video.

And I've always wanted to see Reel Big Fish and Andrew W.K. live and they're both going to be at Warped and so am I next Tuesday. I'm beyond pumped. I also would love to see Tally Hall again because their show was the single best day of my life. Daft Punk, Deadmau5, or Pendulum would be fun live, and I would love to see Nellie McKay preform at some point.

Rise Against. They're at Bumbershoot this year and I live in Seattle, but I'm going to college in Wisconsin in a few weeks, so I f**king can't!

There are some great bands on here but I'll go in a different direction, just for a bit of controversy.

Biggie Smalls
MF Doom
DJ Khaled (If all the random dudes showed up for cameos)
Jeezy

Lordi, without a doubt.
This so much. No matter if you like them or hate them they are just f*cking awesome.
I've listened on them for about 4 years BEFORE they got 'famous' through Eurovision ;3
Well, thats where I heard about them first time but I would listen them sooner if I knew about them. I mostly like thier older songs anyway.

What bands would the escapist really like to see live?

I mean the sort of bands you would be at the ticket office the second they're on sale and then frame them.

For me that would be:

Disturbed
Seether
Sum 41
I saw Sum 41 last week at Warped Tour, the show was only half an hour (of power), but I can imagine a full concert would be even better.

My choice, probably System of a Down (I'm sure anyone who's ever read any of my posts about music would be able to guess this) or Reverend Horton Heat

Saw Andrew W.K. at Warped too, and met him afterwards. You're in for a great show

See before they retire:

Iron Maiden
Exodus

See at some point in the future (preferably soon), but I don't have to worry about them retiring:

Opeth

I really couldn't care about seeing any other bands than those 3 right now.

Dropkick Murphy's in Boston on St. Patricks day. I've always wanted to see Flogging Molly live as well.

The number one band I want to see is Muse, oh so freakin' much.

Other bands I'd love to see:
- Red Hot Chilli Peppers
- Radiohead
- Iron Maiden
- Queens of the Stone Age
- Nine Inch Nails (pweeeeaaase start touring again!)
- Big Bad Voodoo Daddy
- The Aquabats
- Them Crooked Vultures
- Foo Fighters
- Royal Crown Revue
- Daft Punk
- Streetlight Manifesto.

And I probably missed a couple. I've never been to a concert before, never had the people and I sure as hell won't go alone, but I'd love to see more live music.

Oh and this is not even listing the bands and musicians who aren't together or just aren't alive today. What I would pay to see Miles Davis play live... Or The Beatles, Queen with Freddie, Jimi Hendrix, Pink Floyd and I could go on and on and on.
