Those are all quite good, with the possible exception of Soul Caliber V which I haven't played.

- Uh... any of them? Seriously, they're all worth playing.

Dark Souls was probably my favourite game of 2011, so let's start with that.

Beyond that I think getting Driver: San Francisco and Rayman Origins would give you three very different games, all plenty of fun and all should give you plenty of game time.

Support the indie game studio that managed to make a game that was both fun to play and a joy to experience from start to finish.

Dark Souls is, and always will be, my 2011 GotY. Unless you have a short fuse and tend to break shit when you get angry, I HIGHLY recommend this game.

Uncharted 3 looked spectacular and was a good installment for the series. My only complaint is the removal of the unlockables. That was what made me absolutely love the Uncharted series. I love me some pretty lulzy unlockables.<3

I can't make too many comments on SCV as I haven't done much tinkering with it, but from what I've played so far, it seems like a pretty solid entry. I'm still trying to figure out how to unlock Ezio so I can ram a sword in his face.

Edit: Herpderp. Hadn't played any of the offline play modes, just story. Didn't see him in character custom either, so I never knew Ezio was already unlocked. .-.

The only one of those I've played is Human Revolution, and I think it's probably GOTY 2011. It's definitely a shooter/RPG rather than an RPG/shooter, but there's enough RPG to not make it feel too dumbed-down and the story is excellent. Mostly. It's one of those things that's better than the sum of its parts.

Also, you only put nine games on the list, not ten.

Batman Arkham City: If its similar to its predecessor, it's worth it.

Rayman Origins: From what I saw at the Ubisoft stall, this one look's like a fun platformer.
