Batman Arkham City: Data Corruption

ok, i got Arkham City for PS3 at the midnight release, and it is awesome. BUT, it seems every time i turn off the game and turn it back on, it tells me that the data is corrupted, and I have to delete it. This is really beginning to piss me off! Is anyone else having this problem? And does anyone have a fix for it?

its more likely that your ps3 has some kind of virus, cuz there has been entire walktroughs online and stuff on ps3 and nothing like that has been reported

Nearly every time I turn it on and load the game all I get is a black screen, and an occasional swooshing sound.
