[HEADING=2]Day 2 : 05:45PM[/HEADING]

Holding her long-handled axe in two hands, Susie hacked at the tangled shrubbery in her way, creating a path through to the street. Pushing her way through, she discovered the area was completely overgrown with vegetation. The setting sun provided the only source of light, with trees casting long shadows across the ground.

Taking a moment to rest, she took a sip of her precious water and wiped the sweat from her forehead. Her hand came away red - smeared with the blood of her former classmate. She felt a moment of guilt for attacking from behind him, but immediately squashed it. It was either kill or be killed now, those who hesitated died.

Stowing the water bottle in her backpack, Susie hefted her axe and prowled forward, eyes flicking left and right watching for movement. She kept to the shadows, trying to make as little noise as possible. Unfortunately for her, moving through such a thickly vegetated area soundlessly was an impossible task. Twigs cracking and leaves rustling accompanied her as she moved forward.

Reaching an intersection, Susie crouched down and studied the three different routes open to her. By now she was hopelessly lost and had no idea where she was headed. Deciding at random to take the left route, she continued on down the road, not wanting to remain stationary for too long.

[HEADING=2]Day 2 : 06:00PM[/HEADING]

'Another floor empty' Kai thought to himself. He had taken refuge in a parking lot along the main street of the city, hoping to find a vehicle in working order or not - either would have something he could use...but no luck. Slowly he was working his way to the top floor of the multi-storey, kendo stick in hand just in case of any surprises. He had heard guns fire off earlier so knew he had to play it safe and get close for any real chance of defending himself and gaining advantage...that's where his strength and speed would come into play.

The sun is beginning to go down as he reaches the top of the building creating a blinding glare...'At least I still have these babies' as he slips on his sunglasses and cautiously surveys the view up and down the main street. Hard to believe that the main street would have been once full of life, people going in and out of the little parade of shops. All but useless to Kai now though, clothes shops were of no use to him - he had all he needed...a coat for when it rained and a blanket to keep him warm at night. The only other place was a small stationary place...pencils, pens and the like - that would be something to check out later he decided.

Kai headed towards the stairwell, preparing to scope it out to decide if it could make a suitable camp for the night. Just before he reached the door a noise echoed out from the street below somewhere...a roar

He couldn't risk leaving with the light getting worse and not knowing exactly what beast was out there. He shut all the doors to the stairwell and propped each floors fire extinguisher between frame and handle so they would be set off if someone tried to get in. Uneasily he sat there for a couple hours trying to sharpen the end of his kendo stick with the zip on his raincoat...a blunt weapon would never be useful against a lion or tiger or whatever that thing is. He lay his head down and started to drift off, who knows maybe the creature would have passed by in the morning said the optimist in him...then the pessimist rang in - what if it is its hunting ground?

[HEADING=2]Day 2 : 07:30PM[/HEADING]

Tori growled herself. Anger at this whole damn game, anger at hiding under a fucking truck, and anger tht she hadn't moved in thee hours. It didn't help the car was half broken, and it cut her side in he process of hiding. The girl sat up a bit, holding the pocket knife against her chest and the bag with her minimal food at her side. Footsteps were heard, which she didn't do anything about.

Tori didn't trust anyone here. At least not yet. Someone could easily try to kill her. Which she promised herself it wouldn't happen. Finally, as it got quiet, she slid out, throwing her bag over her shoulder and playing with the pocket knife in her grip.

The sun was falling in the sky, and Tori whipped sweat from her brow softly. Maybe she could find someone....maybe.

Day 2: 7:35PM

Lisa's hand covered her mouth as a yawn escaped her lips. How could she be so bored? Her life was constantly in danger, but there she was, sitting cross legged under the giant Peach Street Theater sign. She hated how quickly she was over the deaths of her classmates. She was scared that during the announcement she only managed to think Glad that ***** is gone when Georgia's name was called. She told herself over and over again that it was sick, but she couldn't change her mind. Was she really this inhumane?

Her stomach growled and Lisa peered over to her bag. She still had six pieces of bread left and a few water bottles. She reached over to grab a bite but stopped herself as she reached the zipper. She was much too disgusted to eat. Lisa pulled her hand back but continued to eye her supplies.

*Flashback*
Lisa was a coward. And an idiot. She had immediately headed towards the residential areas to hide out, to get a roof over her head. She was so nervous that she ended up eating a good portion of her rations on the way over. Lisa had been dieting before the game started and she felt so weak right from the beginning. She didn't know whether to seek people out or to just avoid anyone. She had her friends, but they weren't the kind of bonds you would kill someone over. She hoped that she might be able to get a boy to help her out; they'd probably be better at handling her weapon than she was. Her stupid weapon, an over-sized metal ball attached to a chain, was weighing her down but she dared not abandon it.

She first found the stench but soon after came the body. She still didn't want to think about how different a dead person looked up close. So many had died already she had already forgotten the face. But back then it was so much more intense. Lisa had puked then and there and was wailing for what seemed like forever. It was the first corpse she saw but little did she know it wasn't going to be her last.

But soon another sound came up. In the distance there was the sound of gunfire. She froze, but only for a second. Lisa no longer leaked mascara-coated tears. She wiped her face and began to pack up her things. She let out a few sobs occasionally, but she concentrated on staying silent. It was only after stepping over her own mess that she noticed the boy still had his day pack next to him.

She was a coward and a thief and she didn't deserve to survive this long.

Out of character:

Just so that everybody knows, the one remaining player who has not posted has been inactive from this website since the 6th of March, so over a month (and eight days before this RP officially began). I may be wrong, but I sincerely doubt they will be back any time soon.

As the GM was inactive for approximately two weeks, I sent them a PM regarding this RP. They were briefly online yesterday but did not reply to it, so I am uncertain whether or not they are planning on continuing this or not.

I am stepping away from the RP as I don't particularly want to just keep periodically checking the thread to see if it's going or not. So if it does carry on at some point, my character is now for all intents and purposes an NPC.

Yea, I think this game is dead sadly. I won't be monitoring it in the future either, doesn't seem like it will be continuing.
