battlefield 3 is on the horizon, what do you expect?

Personally i'd love to manuver the carrier ship right down the middle of wake island, and ground it up on the beach (not perhaps tactically or strategicly the best move, but.....)

Or for that matter, be able to get a chinook and pick up a vehicle full of people, guns blasting away and drop it in the middle of a base, that'd be awesome.

Someone said about bullet drop in mw2, that was always in bf2, espicially noticable if your sniping btw. On that note i want a barret m106 or the likes of a 50cal jobby that will rip the enemy in two.

I really enjoyed BF2, so I'd like it to be something like that.
Since i loved Strike at Karkand, i want some big-ass buildings that are destructible. And the destruction has to be ridiculously epic, like "This is madness!" Yeah, it may turn out weird, but still, i want to see something like that.
And since I've got a new PC that can actually run current-gen games, I could actually play it

I'd like the jets to be harriers.
So you could have awesome get battles but also shoot down on infantry.
that'd be sweet!
Also selective fire, like how rainbow six vegas 2 did it!

In all honesty, I'm just hoping it to be as good as Battlefield 2. That's not too much to ask, is it? I mean, Bad Company 2 was pretty good, but it was missing a bit. LAN, a REAL server system (where you don't have to go through EA approved dealers), a bunch of classes, a Commander, 64 players, etc.

It'll be like Bad Company 2 and BC2 Vietnam...just bigger and with more destruction. C'mon even the box art is the same!
