In hindsight, i was stupidly lucky.

I saved my sister's puppy, after it fell in to a sanitary well, the massive lid was a bit open, at the day of Christmas Eve 2008.

I was awarded as the best soldier in my whole unit after military service. I also got personally awarded for every camp/maneuver I attended.

Currently doing my best to salvage my university project from the wretched husk of incompetence that was my cinematographer. Who is such a useless **** he couldn't be bothered to go to a location I'd booked and shoot a scene with actors I'd arranged for it.

And instead has tasked me and my sound guy with throwing his shitty "backup" plan together in post to an acceptable level before midnight.

I'm currently attempting to make a horrible pile of mess look presentable enough for a pass through the best damn editing and visual effects skills I can muster.

I feel for your pain, dude; the cinematographer on my last shoot was bollocks, he did nothing. Of course, I'm in his shoes now as I'm the cinematographer for the new piece and, seeing as I ended up doing all the storyboards and design for the last piece, can't do any drawing which is making my life twice as hard as I have to work through a massive language barrier with a foreign student who is my artist... plus it's a dance piece, which means the 180 line is all over the place!

OT: ...I'm not really proud of anything at this time in my life. I have not accomplished enough to earn my own pride: if anything, I keep disappointing myself... Life's tough, bitches.

I'm really pissed off at one of my friends because she's being needlessly bitchy towards me when I'm only asking her how she feels when she's upset or trying to join in her conversation, she's always running off with some of my other firends to talk with them privately and I feel like I'm being cut out. She goes out with my best friend and they've been having loads of problems recently and they hardly spend any time with each other, I've been sticking with her for emotional support but now its like out of the blue she doesn't even like me anymore. I really miss my best friend as well, I haven't spent anytime with him in ages and he's having trouble at home.

I haven't told anyone this at all, I think because if I actually told her how I feel I'd probably end up shouting in her face. And I still want to be friends, I just don't know if she wants to be friends. Should I be proud of being able to bottle up all of my anger?
