I beat Ultima Weapon and Omega Weapon in FFX on the PS2.

Ultima wasn't too bad, only had 99,999 HP. Omega Weapon had 999,999 HP. That was a long drag.

I was trying to unlock the Nemesis battle but my PS2 broke.

Beating some of wow's original raid bosses' even with the simple mechanics involed in the fights the sheer amount of coordination and effort needed to down somthing with a group of fourty people was quite fun.
I quite agree, in terms of pure satisfaction nothing will ever beat classic WoW Ragnaros, or possibly my 1st Garr kill as that was where i got my first epic ever.
I dont think any single player boss will ever give me an equal amount of satisfaction as no single player game (with bosses in it) will require as much time or effort dedicated to it.

Beating Lord Lucien in Fable 2 gave me deep satisfation. Sure all I had to do was shoot him once but it was an incredibly satisfying "Shut up Hannibal!" moment. Plus the double satisfaction on being faster to the draw than Reaver was, since I shot Lucien just as Reaver pulled his gun out. Fuck you Stephen Fry, nobody calls me a saucy minx and gets away with it!

GLaDOS. I finished the game, had a great time doing it, tons of satisfaction. And a surprise song. Remember this was one of the most innovative games ever back then. I would possibly argue that it still is.

Dullahan from Golden Sun. Highest HP in the games (which regenerates a ridiculous 200 per turn), huge amount of PP (which regenerates a full third per turn), the best stats in the game, save luck (the person who beats him has 1 point more) and agility (this time he's beaten by one monster and a palette swap family of another one), and he gets 3 turns per round which he will use to destroy your party. Oh, and his attacks include stuff like the second most powerful summon in the game, attacking both you and your stat boosting and special ability granting Djinn, and hitting you with the most insane status ailments in the game.
Most people I know report only having the first party last 2 turns before he kills them off. Hell, a lot of the suggestions for beating him are to have max level before facing him and even then to pray for the best.

Otherwise, killing the final boss of MMZero 3 is bragging rights (3 rounds), Uncharted 2's final baddie, the tank from Jak II (satisfaction, not accomplishment), Night Terror from Soul Calibur 3, any of BlazBlue's unlimited baddies, the bonus boss in Tales of the Abyss, and quite a few others would rank up there for me.
