I was thinking about seeing Rain, a Beatles tribute band, next time they got the Philly. I feel very iffy about it though, it just feels wrong seeing a tribute band. Especially since I've never seen a concert before, missed the Roger Waters concert last July. I was just wondering what other people thought of this.

You're in the Philly area? Check out this summer's Rose Tree Park [http://www.co.delaware.pa.us/summer/index.html] Concert Schedule when it's released. They usually have Beatlemania on the lineup. Plus, it's free.

I went to a Rain show in Des Moines, Iowa, and it was great. They do an excellent job of recreating the Beatle's music, and capturing the feeling of each era with their set pieces as they move through their music chronologically. It is both a visually and musically excellent experience, and I highly recommend you go. They also had some pretty cool T-shirts :p

They are pretty freaking cool.

Completely and totally worth it, and I'm jealous you have the opportunity.

Yeah, your right, I'm probably just over thinking it, I would just feel false if I went, just cheap and wrong. I'm not going to the concert to see the actual band, I am going to see a imitation, a damn good imitation, but still.
