People become way worse when you get into the level 30 regular player zone and everyone thinks they know how to play better than everyone else. You may be becoming one of them but youre also in an environment with a lot more hostility which helps breed it a lot.
If someone is raging at you and you're doing bad, apologize and try to diffuse the situation. If they're just being a huge asshole I've found the best way to go about it is just to mock them and make it fun. It's much easier to do if you have level headed friends to laugh at them with. I like to call people that rage at me stupid sounding pet names like "caramel colon" or "sugar clitoris" and just be non-combative.
If you're angry at someone on your team doing bad, first consider the fact that the other player might just be good. If the player is doing fine mechanically and building right, don't call them out for feeding. You're just a dick at that point.
BUT if you notice a consistent error in the way they play (meaning it's happened more than once, and not just the fact that people make mistakes) and want them to do something differently, I've found people are actually a lot more receptive to you if you say something to the effect of "Hey, I'm legitimately not trying to rag on you, but this is something that you need to work on" or "for future reference, that item is really not good against teams like this for this reason"
Seriously, try it. A lot of the time they'll actually consider what you're saying because they're so used to "GG NOOB SUPPORT NO WARDS"
