FirstPersonShooter RPG :D
StarWars: Republic Commando.
You're the sqaud leader of a four person clone team with special skills. You're the leader (normal weapon) and then you have sniper, one explosive specialist and one IT guy. While shooting and blasting you lead your team at the same time giving orders in what to blow up or were the sniper should position himself etc.
It's very fun and engaging and I actually got very drawn into it, pretty short and a nice challenge. I found it for about 10? in a sale, it's for PC and pretty old so any PC can run it. (I normally don't game PC)
And, even better, there's a series of books where you run into them again on occasion that alludes back to the events in the game :D

Yeah, I'm seconding Republic Commando and Fallout, while adding The Bard's Tale as another fun little distraction. Best thing is that it's actually a PS2 title, but can be bought on steam for chump change.
