I quite like if you have the extra gore perk in Fallout 3, sometimes if you headshot a super mutant all their limbs fall of, and there body turns to a bloody, mushy paste.
Aether from Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance. Only Ike gets it and it is actually 2 other skills combined:
Sol: Recover HP equal to damage dealt.
Luna: Lowers defense of enemy.
What made it so awesome is that Ike hits it so often, he practically becomes invincible.

To get the spell a 100% chance to hit I had to get my Luck to 27k.

Personally, summoning Bahamut. Not always the most powerful, but usually one of the coolest ones.
Nuclear Bunker Buster. You rarely needed even the moderate firepower of the artillery strike in Mercenaries 2, and only in the most pressing of circumstances would I use a cruise missile. But, as they say: "There's no kill like overkill".
