Best bad guy music

What is your favorite bad guy music?
When a villian enters a room and the eerie, scary or just plain awesome music starts playing, do you get the chills?

My favorite bad guy music is actually from Naruto. It was originally Pain's music, but I believe Madara also uses it.
It's so badass.

Yeah, the Imperial March is the best bad guy song ever, but we're going to pretend it doesn't exist and let other villains get their kicks in.

I've always liked the theme song for Cell from DBZ.

The Dissidia orchestral version is EPIC beyond belief, and maintined the original "Estuans Interius" lyrics instead of the "Noli Manere" ones.

I'd cast my vote for Ridley's iconic theme music, from the Metroid series. It's got a great beat, and after hearing it since Super Metroid, you instantly associate the music with the boss. I particularly like the remix Metroid Prime used:

Darth Vader's theme, "The Imperial March", is number one. Number two is Sephiroth's orchestral theme, "One-Winged Angel".

Okay I think it's fair to say that The Escapist loves Imperial March and One Winged Angel BUT there is one flaw in both of them: Neither villains sing their song. Which is why I vote The Great Mighty Poo's song as number 3.
