The T. Rex from Jurassic Park (even though it's more of a metaphor than an antagonist).

Aww man T-rex was no bad guy, it was the hero. I mean it only ate that loathsome lawyer and in the end saved the main characters. And in the second it was a mum and dad protecting their baby, T-rex is awesome. Velociraptors are the evil ones.MaxChaos said:

This may sound strange but.. Lord Lucien from Fable 2.
He wasn't a particularly dangerous threat; you're a massively powerful Hero and he's a wizened old man with a couple of will tricks. But he is a monster. And he has taken everything that ever meant anything to you from you, over a matter of decades.
Never had a game villain quite made me hate them so much. (At least, for character and story reasons rather than just frustrating gameplay) When the option came to blow his head off with my Masterwork Flintlock Rifle I could not pull that trigger quick enough.
A small anticlimax, but oddly the better for it.

Hands down, the best bad guys were the Alpha Section from Beyond Good and Evil. They had the charisma to pull it off, and the armor they wore looked very awesome!
Ummmmmm. I tend to be into things with anti-heroes or no real physical evil entity. So it's a hard question. My favourite book is Dirk Gently, my favourite character from comics is Elektra, from manga is Seras Victoria and from games is Heather Mason so...
Kira, Liquid, Ganon, The Emperor, The Templars, Sephiroth, the computer chick from System Shock 2, Mion (Shion?), Mariko, Vicious, and Akira.
