I've always liked this one. Clean and simple.

There is a lot of box art that I like based on personal prediliction, but from a more nuetral perspective the aim of the cover is to draw the player in and give them a good idea of what to expect even they had not heard of the title before. With that in mind I feel these two examples do an excellent job of being stylish, simple and accurrately convey the setting, ambience and genre of the game:
