World War II is arguably America's favorite war, from the hundreds of movies and games that have come out in the 64 years after the end of the war. So, I would like to ask, which game had the best recreation of D-Day? One that made you feel like you were there and and involved in the action.

Best one I've seen so far was Medal of Honor: Frontline, but I have not played the campaign of the Call of Duty games.

Medal Of Honour Frontline sure had better graphics, but I personally far preferred Medal of Honour Allied Assault's D-Day recreation. And the multiplayer maps in that game were the best I've ever seen in anything.

Call of Duty 2: Big Red One probably had the best recreation I've seen. It certainly gave me a feel for how intense everything was.

Medal of Honor: Frontline, simply because they basically copied it from Saving Private Ryan exactly lol

Technicaly; D-day refers to several differnt things. The D stands for the day when something important starts during war. It wasn't just used for normady. It was first used on September 12, 1918.
As much so as "9/11" can't only be used for the attacks on September 11, 2001, but thanks for understanding anyway.

This. I like Medal of Honor: Frontline's, but I thought that Call of Duty's was much better, and I enjoyed it a lot more.

Actually, Lego D-Day was probably the best recreation of the real thing. Here is a link to some in game footage on youtube:
