Spike Spiegel of Cowboy Bebop. A fully adrenaline feuled rush through his former Syndicate's headquarters, only to reach the head honchoes, smile and chuckle, put up his hand, say "Bang" and fall to the ground.

Yes, I believe he died.

Huh, I figured you were gonna do Maes Hughes. Huh.....

Anyway, Zack Fair's death at the end of Crisis Core actually made me cry, even though I knew it was gonna happen.

I was considering Hughes, but I felt Spike's death was a much more powerful one.

Toshiko Sato from Torchwood.

First she gets shot. Then she accidentally gets the man she loves locked inside a nuclear reactor about to vent radioactive material into the room he's in. Then she has to talk him through it while he waits for death.

Then she finally dies, weeping in Jack's arms.

Afterwards, the team find a goodbye video on her computer, in which she confesses her love for Owen.

I watched this episode 5 minutes before school, and ended up showing up with red eyes, having been crying.

I prefered Owens death.....and all of Jack's

V from V for Vendetta...yeha first he kills 8 men with knives after being shot roughly 60+ times
then he walks to the train in which he dies and his body rides on a train filled with explosives and blows up parlament...one hell of a way to go

if not that then the comedian from the watchmen with the epic "Justa matter of time i suppose"

Yes, tassadar did die like a complete badass i think he gets the nomination

Oh too many choices! Qui-Gon Jinn, Bruce Willis in Armagendon(sp?), Gandalf the Grey, Sgt. Johnson from Halo 3(omg not sarge!!), Cpt. Keyes from Halo 1, Alenko/Williams from Mass Effect, Lambert from Splinter Cell: Double Agent, the list goes on for days!

My favorite would have to be Jesus though. We're all gonna die, He just went out saving the entire human race!!

In a game, it would be Saren shooting himself in the head to save himself, and to prevent himself from stopping Shepard.

In a movie, it would definitely have multitude from Lord of the Rings.

My vote goes to the Death of Macbeth in the final scene of the play. http://www.clicknotes.com/macbeth/T58.html its not as interesting if you don't know the whole thing but the movie versions are all pretty good. Orson Welles makes the part.

Kurt (Spartan 051) in Ghosts of Onyx (Halo Novel). Absouloutly epic death...I re-read that chapter about 10 times.
That, or as also previously said, Kaiden/Ashley in Mass Effect.

Lol I just remembered the episode where Dinobot dies in beast wars, was a pretty cool death.

You are so correct there. Easily the greatest death in a movie, the first time you see it the movie suddenlt changes...well, at least for me. Absolute genius!
