Hey guys! Often on here (the Escapist), there are many, many, MANY awesome and funny people. And, once in a while, they say a truely perfect, awesome, or cool quote. So guys, whats your favorite quote from the guys on the Escapist? The quote doesn't need to be insitive or funny, just make it cool!

What's this from?

Back in the day (when I was a newbie here myself), we at the Escapist would call ourselves the last bastion of intelligence, and we believed it. That title no longer applies, because we're just a typical game website with better videos and better spelling now. It's better this way. It keeps us from being elitist jerks.

It's strange, though. I haven't seen that claim here in over a year and a half.

I couldn't find the original post, but I distinctly remember someone making a thread along these lines:

Personally, I believe it to be true still. I mean, look at many of the other sites out there? No offense to the people from 4chan, but... I pointing in that direction
