I know chincillas make good pets, and they live for like 20 years. They have the softest fur in the world, and dont need baths or anything, and for exercise, just put him/her in a giant hamster ball. There really cool
While tigers, lions, skunks, hedgehogs etc. are pretty exotic pets, none can compare to a fox. Cute, cuddly, fl00fy and super-energetic little snugglebugs ^^
You should get a scorpion. I'd recommend starting with either an Emperor Scorpion:
or a Desert Hairy Scorpion. I'm just going to link to the photo of the Desert Hairy Scorpion, because it's a photo that I actually took, and is extremely large.
Obviously I like ferrets, but sugar gliders are fairly low maintenance pets and they're super cute so girls usually are into them. Only problem is they are primarily nocturnal.
My wife has a chinchilla. She loves it but I think it is a vile beast. It lives in a cage but its poop gets tracked all over the house. It poops virtualy all the time and is impossible to houe train. It is hyper when I want to sleep and sleepy all other times. It hates me and has drawn blood by biting my finger. My wife could probably give you some positive attributes to the vile creature but I will not.
But actually, I know a guy who is really into hunting and he keeps 3 gray wolves as pets. Like a trio of extra large german shepherds. Housetrained and everything. He's even trained them as hunting dogs. I shit you not.
They pretty much behave like regular dogs, but I'm still weary whenever I visit his place. Mainly because of three pair of big, BIG & pointy teeth wagging their tails at me.
