Probably a tie between Diablo 2 Lord of Destruction, and Warcraft 3 The Frozen Throne. I got a lot of play time out of these expansions/games.

Runner up, Ninja Gaiden Black. I just haven't gotten the same amount of play time, but it is hard to compete with custom games and loot hunting.

I don't know if it counts as an "Expansion Pack" since it's standalone, but I'm loving Wolfenstein: The Old Blood. Might even like it more than The New Order.

WoW's Wrath of the Lich King expansion is also when the game was at its zenith IMO, so that'd be my second pick.

I assume we're talking about paid expansions? Because it would be hard to top free ones like FTL: Advanced Edition and major updates for F2P titles like TF2.

Best paid expansion for me would be Dawn of War: Dark Crusade. Two new, unique playable factions (Necrons and Tau), a completely revamped non-linear single player campaign, and tons of awesome mods by the community. Not only that, but it's a standalone expansion to boot!

Plus, it had the best Chaos Lord with Eliphas the Inheritor. I'm a Guard player through and through, but I'd go heretic for that voice...

The Shivering Isles was a pretty good expansion back and since nothing else comes to mind right now, it wins. You've got a completely different new world to explore, awesome new enemies, and a pretty awesome new quest line.

It's either Firestorm or Yuri's revenge.... :S
They were complete games bolted on the original...

Forge Allience come to my mind for Supreme Commander.

I just liked the tweks and improvement it due the first game like being able to set formation and being able to see every unit ranges. Also they redesigned the Cybran gunship from a porpelless copter to a spiky but awesome gunship!

Not sure if I have a favorite. But if I did, it'd probably be one of these...

StarCraft: Brood War
Command & Conquer: Tiberian Sun: Firestorm
Diablo 2: Lord of Destruction
Company of Heroes: Opposing Fronts
Company of Heroes 2: Ardennes Assault
City of Heroes: City of Villains (not sure if this counts)
World of WarCraft: The Burning Crusade
World of WarCraft: Wrath of the Lich King
Fallout New Vegas: Dead Money
Fallout New Vegas: Old World Blues
Half-Life: Opposing Force
XCOM: Enemy Unknown: Enemy Within
Homeworld: Cataclysm

This. And I dare to say that it is better than the base game (which is still good in its own right.
Otherwise Mister Torgue's Campaign of Carnage for BL2.

Shivering Isles for Oblivion. It was better than the core game.

This should be everyone's answer.
Whelp, I'm done here.

But seriously, Shivering Isles was amazing, although Bloodmoon was a close second.

I'll try to vote for some more modern ones:

Borderlands: The Secret Armory of General Knoxx
It had a new area and a new vehicle to have some fun with

Borderlands 2: Tiny Tina's something or other
More Tiny Tina is a good thing if you're a fan of psychopathic children

New Vegas Old World Blues was fucking amazing. Dead Money was good too.
Hmm....Dark Crusade from Dawn of War.
The Citadel from Mass Effect 3. Fuck it, all the Mass Effect trilogy extra content was awesome.
Oh, Exterminatus from Space Marine is always a blast!

Fallout 3's 'The Pitt', hands down. Just ...such an enthralling atmosphere.

I would have to say Dragon Age Origins: Awakening. Loved carrying over my Warden and having them help rebuild the order. GTA IV's The Lost and Damned and The Ballad of Gay Tony were pretty cool too.

Off the top of my head.....

-Red Alert 2: Yuri's revenge.
-Saints Row 4: Enter the Dominatrix.
-Half Life: Opposing force.
-Bioshock Infinite: Burial at Sea(both parts combined, even if the ending to part 2 rubs the wrong way a little).
-Assassins Creed 3: The Madness of King Washington.

Best non-MMO? Maybe Enemy Within. Or Throne of Bhaal. Or the Diablo 2 one. Or...or...there's been a lot, really.

Worst might be Old World Blues. Fuck everything about that expansion. Every. Last. Thing.
