Simple, just post your favorite fighting game, what game/system it was on, and why you loved it.
For me, Budokai 2. Why, because everyone in the game was a fireball character, you could do many different combos, it had off screen extras which if you hit them in a section of the map, they would fly off and you really get a feel of "that was a sweet kick/punch" and just overall play. You could story it up or just torny it up and custom make your guys. Also this was the last of the Budokai's which you did the kick, kick, punch, punch, circle combos to actually do the attack vs the gay Budokai 3 and beyond games which focused on turning red for some reason and basically become a super beast which couldn't be beat, besides another super beast, since this was the only way to do a special or ultimate attack. Also Budokai 2 had a great 2D but 3D fighting stylish way.
