Best food +/or drink to have for gaming.

Me, being the cleansing freak that I am, don't eat while gaming for fear of greasing up my controller. Having said that, I can beat one of my friends at Halo 3 while only using one hand, so I tend to eat Doritos with the other in those situations

I enjoy Crunchy Cheetos and/or Smartfoods Cheese Flavored popcorn with a Arizona Green Tea.

so true i have a before beer during beer then a victory beer or "lost it" beer gets you a little relaxed its all good!!!

bawls is the best gamer drink around. its a energy drink without the shitty after taste. there isnt a reason to drink anything else while you game.

Noodles and chilled soft drinks work well for me, and neither gets my keyboard greasy/dirty. Pizza also works well if you can eat it quickly and not get any grease on you.

I'm usually content with a couple cans of Dr. Pepper and a box of cereal. Usually Fruity Pebbles. How can you get any better than that?

Though, when I have them, an ice cold bottle of Ramune outshines the Dr. Pepper any day.

I have found that the best sustenance for playing video games are as follows:
Drinks: Either ginger ale or real ale, no exceptions.
Foods: Whoppers (the little malted milk chocolate balls, not the burgers), Sammiches, Smartfood Popcorn and various chips and dips.
Anything with a spoon is not ideal. It requires you pause the game, which is not always the case with other foods, which can be quickly, one-handedly led into one's mouth.

Ruffles and French Onion Dip, delicious.

I like that, and this may be a result of my mental instability, but has anyone ever tried Ruffles and potato salad? It's strangely good.
I drink whatever I have, whether it be coffee, milk, soda or eggnog.

Plain ol' water. Nothing beats it now, nothing ever will. I generally drink at least a gallon of it every two hours of playtime. If I drank anything else I don't know how I'd handle it. Although I have to admit, trying to squeeze in Bathroom breaks into the twenty seconds of respawn in TF2 has become a challenge.

If I'm typing a paper, that generally goes upto 1 gallon per hour. It provides the perfect excuse to take a minute break every so often.
