that or on timesplitters 3 (i think) where if you were monkey and got minimize on one of the maps you could walk through a waterfall cave and end up outside the map

in halo 3 there is a weird glitch where if you launch a scorpion tank out of a man-cannon in a certain way, then when it lands it will start spinning rapidly and rocket across the map map at phenomenal speeds before exploding and flying so far past the map edge that it becomes a speck in the distance.

I once headshotted a Boomer in Gears of War 1 (just before you fight the 2nd Beserker) and it fell down and was propelled along by the gushing hole where it's head was, I saw it later in the level just after I killed the Beserker, still zooming along

I've had some strange experiences with Bully

like the time one of the jocks was frozen...and all gray...as if in carbonite!!!!!!

...just a minor coloring glitch combined with another very common glitch.... that vaguely referenced Star Wars...

My favorite glitch was in Marvel: Ultimate Alliance on the PS2. I unlocked Colossus, and every time I connected with his special punch, the screen would glitch and blank. That's right, Colossus punched the Doom-bots so hard, he damaged the TV. That's awesome.

Anything associated with the harpoon/boathook in Half-Life 2. When fired from the grav gun, it could one shot any living creature including antlion bosses. Once, I used it to murder Dr. Mossman at the end of "Entanglment" and the rest of the scene continued as though she had been alive and present. Very strange.
