Best game characters to cosplay as in public

So,some time ago,in a galaxy far far away on these very forums,we had a discussion about worst game characters to cosplay as in public. And now,i ask you the reversed question: who is the best character to cosplay as? He could be best in "no-one looks at you funny" department,or in "you get more public love and approval than [insert a celebrity here]" department - it dosen't really matter.

My pick is Louis from Left 4 Dead - you need just ordinary office outfit... AND PEEELZ!

i have never cosplayed as there is never any conventions near where i live, but if i went to one, i'd probably go as altiar from assassins creed...including the hidden blade, a fake one of course.

As long as you can actually pull the look off I'd have to say Pyramid Head. My reasoning behind that is according to this article Pyramid Head is like crack for gamer girls. They will swoon all over you because you're dressed up as a supernatural monstrous rapist... because he's dangerous.

EDIT: Best to cosplay "in public"? Well that's entirely different. Any character that isn't dressed in futuristic power armor or fantasy armor or just like a stripper in general would probably fit the bill. Off the top of my head I'd say that the survivors from Left 4 Dead, April Ryan from The Longest Journey, Jade from Beyond Good and Evil and Jack from Farcry would work. Alyx Vance might work, too.

You wouldn't get arrested if you start praying as soon as the police spot you. Anyway in public I would cosplay as...Kuja from FF9...because real men wear thongs! Real men also have clear skin, no facial hair, child carrying hips, lipstick, heels, poetic language and a hidden 'tail'.
