For me, it's a tie between a small handful.
Okami, Rule of Rose, Shadow Hearts, Drakengard, and Shadow of the Colossus. Beyond that, it pains me to choose.

First off, if this thread hadn't been done a thousand times before, it might be considered interesting. Use the Search Bar.

Second the BEST GAME EVAR for me would have to be either Borderlands or Uncharted 2. Neither are perfect, but the amount of time you can waste with them and not realize it is amazing.

These 2 games would also be my best game ever in terms of easy to pick up, easy to know the story, quality in gameplay, as well as being easy to play, hard to master.
