Now I could be controversial and say MW2... but I won't, it's not that bad... hmmm, this is a tricky question...

Ooh, ooh, ooh, maybe's, erm, Gears of War... on the PC.

If you think it's a good game, you obviously haven't tried it on a PC, the controls just don't work.

I was going to say this. Somebody had not thought it through before releasing.

I know, it's not quite a bad game as the actual gameplay, you know, sorta, almost, saves it. which just makes it all the more frustrating!

I have a deep rooted obsession with the Armoured Core series. The first few were really good games for their time. Then four thousand games later in 2009, they are still releasing almost the same game. And like the idiot mecha fanboy I am I buy it, hoping that they've added loads of new parts, fine tuned gameplay balance and the way different machines handle or maybe.. just maybe, a coherent storyline. But no, nothing changes and still I come back for more.

Far Cry 2

I finished the damn thing, it was torturous.

It was bastard hard until about halfway through when you unlock the grenade launchers. Then the difficulty curve does a total 180 and you breeze through to the finale.

The endless travelling and respawning guardposts were just horrid all the way through though.

The game had some wonderful mechanics, and certainly looked pretty, but unfortunately its many flaws kept it from being as fun as it could have been.

Turok drove me mental with some really cheap deaths most of which where attributed to simply terrible programming. But I kept forcing myself to play it because I refused to lose, then I realised that there really wasn't much to play anyway and quit.

That really depends on the game... maybe most third person games work better on consoles, but first person shooters are a million times more accurate and they control better in my opinion.

I would say that Counter-Strike: Source is a good example. I will start playing it and then I can't stop no matter how upset I get while I'm playing. I will seriously get upset while I play this game but for some reason continue.

Same here, Turok and Legendary, two crappy games, but I still finished them both.
