My favorites would have to be the Halo games, The Ocarina of Time soundtrack,or any Zelda, and Modern Warfare 2. I don't know the names to any of the songs, but the level where you're on the snowmobile in modern warfare, the music's just spectacular. Favorite Zelda theme is the Gerudo Valley theme. Just awesome.

FFIX OST, some of the most beautifull melodies ever created for a game...

I'm surprised no one's mentioned Borderlands. For some reason I can't quite put my finger on, "No Rest for the Wicked" is one of the coolest songs I've ever heard.

wow nobody has said Shadow of the Colossus yet? that was one of the major reasons that game was amazing. the best song from it has to be In the Land of Happiness.

also i give honorable mention to Alone in the Dark 5. while i've heard it was an absolutely terrible game, the soundtrack is so sick, with the best song being Who am I?
