Metal Gear Solid's Otakon character. Or maybe it's not as much parody as it is a mockery. He has a PSX in his lab (or Gamecube, depending on the version), pisses his pants, loves anime, is a disgusting man who fucked his stepmom and almost killed his sister, and is responsible for creating a world threatening weapon through his massive boneheadedness. He is Kojima's scathing indictment of the gamer.

As lame as it was as a game, Matt Hazard was hilarious at times.

While it was a horrible game, it was very funny. This wasn't really a parody of a game per se but more of a parody of the entire gaming industry. I guess there was a bit of Duke Nukem thrown in, too.
