I'm surprised that nobody has mentioned Guilty Gear X. I can't be the only person who likes it!

Bully had a great retro soundtrack that I ended up downloading, as does the The Neverhood. I still hum "Tomatoes and Potatoes and Peas" occasionally.
For an individual song, there was some sort of military march theme for a game called Incubation that I got obsessed with and had to track down over the net. It's a very rousing little anthem.
