Not only did this game deserve one, but it was actually set up for one at the end.

Sphinx and the Cursed Mummy.

I'll grant it wasn't the tightest game in history, and reminded me alot of LoZ, but lighting yourself on fire and not dying was pretty damn cool in my books.

Also, Grim Fandango.

Chrono Trigger all the way
chrono trigger 100% because "chrono-cross" was NOT a sequel. it was a liquid state let-down. . .

Oni (it would be awesome with multiplayer)
Ain't going to happen, Take-Two owns the rights to publish it, so Bungie would have to pull some major legal awesomeness out of it's collective bum to do it.

Also a proper successor to the Battle Network series, Star Force does not have the Enzan/Chaud factor neccessary >O [/fanboy]

Crazy Taxi would be nice however...

Also Capcom: More. Enzan. *shot*

Some games/series I would like to see with more installments:

Psychonauts (Though that isn't gonna happen)
Banjo-kazooie Series (some of the best times on N64)
SuperMario RPG (favorite game ever)
The Oddworld Series (No doubt, one of the best series out there)

That's all I can think of at the moment.
Banjo-Kazooie is getting a new game and so is Oddworld (though that is a long way's off)

As for myself, I'd like to see:
Vectorman
Vagrant Story
Breakdown
Kid Icarus
Strider

Beyond Good&Evil

The game was set to be a trilogy and left quite a few holes that should have been filled later on in the amazing plot. I want to know what will happen to Jade dammit!
ALSO getting a sequel.

In general, if it's a recent IP and it was successful it is certain there will be a follow up. That means the Bioshocks and Mass Effects of the world don't really need mention.

That being said, I think I need to side with:
Legend of the Dragoon: The story seems to beg a prequal. Either of the first generation's war or maybe an action RPG about what happened to Rose's time as the black monster. I always liked that character.
Jade Empire: Have not heard a "2" announced, but there have been rumors. I don't need to see the old characters. The setting itself deserves another game.
Planescape Torment: I've been whining about this one for years. The ending was fitting and it really does not NEED one, but I grew so attached to the NPCs that I want one badly.
Arcanum: Again, a great world that needs further exploration.

GTA London 1979 needs a sequel/remake.
I'm actually quite happy to keep playing GTA games. Don't even need that much change.

Vagrant Story - I really want to know what Ashley Riot will do next.

As for a no-story videogame, we could do with another Pro-Pinball game. And Daytona USA. And will Sony pls make a Rollcage 3.

Indigo Prophecy-it had an awesome story and anyone who doesnt agree with me can screw right off.
Well I suppose I had better screw off then. The story was ok, but remarkably cliched and, like their latest game Heavy Rain, there appears to be more emphasis on graphics and on making a style so dramatically Hollywood rather than making a game with any gameplay or depth.

Director Mr Cage would make a great Michael Bay style director, but I don't get why he's in the videogame industry, as he doesn't appear to understand what makes games captivating at a playable level.

A modern-GTA remake of that would be extremely bad ass. Gimme a soundtrack of old disco, early metal, Soul, and classic rock, and we're good to go.

Space Station Silicon Valley on the 64. I'd also like to see a new Body Harvest!
