Some of my favorites fall into distinct categories;
Beautifully Self-Explanatory
Mount & Blade. You've got a horse and something sharp and that's really all you need.
Rome: Total War. I wonder what the game could possibly be about. (see also Medieval: Total War.)
Capitalism II. If Ayn Rand could see it she'd get moist at the very sight.

Strong Bad's Cool Game for Attractive People. Make your customers feel important.
Sam & Max, with all their subtitles (Situation: Comedy and Abraham Lincoln Must Die! were my two faves.)
Penny Arcade Adventures: On the Rain-Slick Precipice of Darkness. Tycho's prose may be more flowery than Rinoa's field in Final Fantasy 8 but damn.

Most Square games have a nice ring to them - Final Fantasy, Kingdom Hearts, Drakengard, The World Ends With You.
Silent Hill & Condemned: Criminal Origins - Intriguing and subtle. Just the sort of title a good horror game needs.

Chrono Trigger --> I don't really know what chrono means (probably something with time) but is sounds awesome.
Golden Sun --> It's a SUN, and it's GOLD.
Naar Gouda --> It's DUTCH.

Hitman - So very elegant and simple.

Blue Shift and Opposing Force - Well, the titles are just geeky. I love it.
Sins of a Solar Empire - It don't get any more space opera than that.
Red Dead Revolver - The word revolver is awesome.
