Red Faction: Guerilla appeals to my natural tendency to want to destroy everything I come across, but I haven't gotten around to buying it.
Also Batman: AA, because stealth is only fun when you use it to mess with people, and the last part of the demo was pretty much just that.

360 version of Battlefield 2: Modern Combat. I <3 <3 <3 love (for the most part...lag.) the gameplay for the ps2 version but it has a lot of flaws that i think could have been easily remedied on the 360, not to mention way cooler graphics.
Odd question, as how can you really know how good something is if you haven't played it...
Nevertheless, I would have to say anything on PS3 as I don't own one.
Killzone 2, Infamous, Metal Gear Solid 4, Little Big Planet, God of War.

I love TF2. I have 80 hours each on Pyro and Spy. I just hate it when people do that. Oh, and the 360 version of TF2 is poor, according to my sources.
Metal Gear Solid 1, 2, and 4. That's right, I only played 3 and I could only understand the mythology gags after a run through the net. At least I understand that Snake's line is made of the most ultimate badasses ever.
Edit: and a large majority of the Final Fantasy series. Have to get myself unstuck in VIII, beat X, have to get back to 12. More interested in FF6 than FF7 to be honest. I know it'll be good, but massively over-hyped in my opinion. Gotta lower my expectations.

Just about any great adventure game that isn't Monkey Island, because just recently did I start noticing them. Also, I've wanted to get Bioshock ever since I played the demo.
EDIT: I also haven't played much of the Orange Box other than Portal since my internet connection was too bad for me to play TF2, and the disc was a little ways into the second chapter of Half Life 2.

Probably EartBound, mainly because I don't have a SNES. I also haven't played COD4, although I have the feeling I won't like it though I don't know why...
