My favorite one I saw was some guy named "IFondleTurtles." Not sure why it's so amazing to me, but I thought it was a riot!
I am not claiming it to be the best, but recently someone on my friends list changed their gamertag to "Accept my Length". I couldn't help but actually laugh when i saw this pop up on my screen, it just ticked me!

edit: i also saw someone in WoW whos' name was Accident. they were a twink, so whenever they picked up the flag in WSG it would say " the flag was picked up by accident" etc etc.
then again, i've seen several people spanning several games with that name.

One time on TF2 everybody started to name themselves after countries and it was pretty funny when you see things like Alaskan Thunderfuck or Alaskan Thunderfuck Mountain
I named myself France New Surrenderland and then Nazi Germany and across the screen it flashed, Nazi Germany Doublekill Nazi Germany is DOMINATING! NAZI GERMANY IS ON A RAMPAGE! alot of the names were so hilarious to see though
