The scene in RE4 during the knife fight between chris and wesker. if thats considerred a cut scene since its also a buton hitting game.

There were about three cutscenes in Kingdom Hearts II that I still get chills when watching them, the graphics/soundtrack are amazing and the story is very immersive.. so when something awesome happens ex: the ending cutscene=chills =P
I'd have to say Madworld.
The comic book style, color aesthetic, awesome voice acting, well written dialog, and kick ass soundtrack all come together to create some awesome cutscenes.

the one Cut Scene that always takes my breath away is the opening FMV of FF-10.....now i'm excited for FF13/v13 again
The ones that have made the biggest impression on me as a gamer has got to be those from Ocarina of Time, first time i popped the game in at the age of 9 my mind was blown by seeing how the starting zone looked from the eyes of Navi, it was my first real 3d experience in gaming, and i still love it.
