If your hands are free and you have a 3DS, Theatrhythm or Curtain Call are both excellent. Each track is only about 3 - 5 minutes long and if you're a fan of the Final Fantasy series in general, its a game series basically made out of fan service. Other than that I've got nothing outside of 1-v-1 fighters.

Do you not have a phone?
There's an ocean of games for those designed to be played in short bursts.
Try plants vs zombies 2 or castle doombad or whatever you like.

Hotline Miami is good for that sort of thing. It can get a little frustrating if you play it for too long, but it's oddly cathartic in short bursts.

Titanfall.

I'm always surprised at how fast the matches are and I play for exactly that,15-30 minutes at a time. Plus there is a lot of movement built into the game so maybe you'll feel like you are moving. And its also one of those non-stop action kinda FPSs so you'll definitely be engaged.

Pokemon. You can go through just a few battles or do some small things. I often play it when I go outside for a smoke. Also, since it's turn-based, you won't get screwed over by having to juggle the exercise and the gaming.

Luftrausers. A 2-D dual-stick aircraft bullet-hell that has a look right out of WW2. Rounds can last from 30 seconds, to 15 minutes, based on your skill, which will shoot up the more you play. It's a game without an end, but has goals set through it (like, shoot 3 subs in 1 round with this gun). It's a very easy game to pick up and put down. If it starts to get to easy, there is an unlock-able hard-core crazy mode, and you can get new parts through completing the aforementioned goals. Comes on Vita or PS3. Kind of cheap. Easy to play. No loading screens. Quick and simple. Fun.

Animal Crossing for sure. Get your letters, dig up your fossils, hit the money rock, go to the store, go fishing etc. The perfect game to play in short intervals.

Actually, you might try Minion Rush for a tablet/phone. It's a free game, where you play as one of the Despicable Me minions, running an obstacle course for various objectives. It's actually quite fun, and since you're doing exercise too, you and the minion can get in shape together. xD

Every arcade game from SNK, like Metal Slug or King of Fighters. Also Stargunner [http://www.gog.com/game/stargunner] is awesome to play in short bursts, Doom, Duke Nukem 3D, Shadow Warrior, The Binding of Isaac Rebirth (especially if you own a PS Vita, get that version of it). Also Bejeweled is one of the best games played in short bursts.

EDIT: As of late, I've found myself playing Super Mario 3D World in short bursts of less than 30 minutes, obviously it's hard to put down and I've found myself playing this for 3 hours non-stop, but whenever I have little time to spare, this game is perfect for short bursts.

You know, this would fit sports games perfectly. You can change the game time to fit 30 minutes easily and I know I would lose myself in the game easily. Get Madden 15 if you really like football, otherwise give it a pass as its kinda shoddy otherwise. Nba 2k15 is a really well made game though with quite the story bit to it as well. Never tried fifa, but I've heard good things about it.

Advance Wars/Fire Emblem (handheld games). They're mission based, quite challenging and can be put aside at any moment.
