For best comedic line I can't choose. Maybe based on a single thing... the grunts from Halo have too many classics to count. Everyone loves the "You killed Flipyap!" rant but my fav was from some grunt, "He'll kill us, rip our arms off and use them as maracas!"

Although TF2's spy has the best domination lines. Against every class. Best would be the gems he has against the scout though. "May I borrow your earpiece? Dis is scout! Rainbows make me cry! over!" and of course the ever popular, "Well! Off to visit your mother!"

I cracked up so hard at that.
