Pokemon Series, Fire Emblem Series, Basically any Mario Advanced game, Kingdom of Hearts, the Summon Night games, Advanced Wars, and Generally ANY GBA RPG. That's what the system's known for, I'd say.

so basically what everyone else has said: advancewars, Megaman Battle Network (3, 4, and 6), wario ware, pokemon, also dungeon dice monsters (obscure yu-gi-oh title, but it was fun). but above all of those is definitely, without any doubt, the Golden Sun series, which i can still play now despite being past handheld gaming.

Any of the Castlevanias, Circle of the moon is easy enough to find on the cheap.The other two, Harmony of Dissonance and Aria of Sorrow, can probably be bought online individually or in a double pack.

Also FF6 for a stellar story and characters with solid ATB battling and The remake of Yoshi's Island(Super Mario Advanced 3) one of the best platformers ever.

Fire Emblem Sacred Stones is a great one too.

The Megaman Battle Network series was pretty awesome on the GBA.

I second all of these ). Also Metroid Fusion and Zero Mission were awesome.

in case you couldnt tell i like the metroid games. one of my favourite titles was metroid fusion for the gba. it was an amazing story and quite a lengthy game (unless you've got a strategy guide or something).

managing to beat it with 100% items in under 2 hours was a fairly decent challenge and is well worth a try if you are into the metroid series, back when it was 2D and good.

There are so many great games that came out for the GBA. So without further ado in no particular order:

Metroid Fusion
Fire Emblem (both of them)
Advance Wars 1 & 2
Golden Sun (haven't played the second one so I can't vouch for it)
Castlevania: Circle of the Moon
and the first Yu-Gi-Oh game that came out...yes you heard me

Advance Wars 1 & 2 are in the mail for me right now, along with Metroid Fusion(I bought that game a few years back, it was awesome actually. ) and Golden Sun arrived about an hour ago. So far, this one is fantastic. Thanks for all the suggestions guys, I appreciate it.

I just beat castlevania harmony of dissonance and thought it was great!
