My favourite in-game radio stations of all time are "Klassic 102.4" and "K12 97.6" from the original Saint's Row, and "K-Jah" and "Radio Espantoso" from GTA III & GTA Vice City.
The Classical station from Saint's Row has the best collection of Classical music in any game I've played, and some truly epic 15+ minute masterpieces, and proof that this game isn't just a cheap GTA rip off for wannabe thugs.

"K-Jah" is the station that got me into Dub Reggae and the artist Scientist in particular, since the entire station is just a mix of the album Scientist Rids the World of the Evil Curse of the Vampires, whereas "Radio Espantoso" is responsible for me appreciating Latin Jazz, especially Deodato.
I'm surprised no one has said the Deb of Night from Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines.
I love the way it actually progresses as the game goes and eventually even intertwines with the plot rather than just looping like most other games 'radio station' do.
VRock was the first thing i thought of when i saw the thread title, hell yeah.
Quiet Riot's Cum on Feel the Noise was my favourite song before Vice City came out and i screamed like a little girl when i heard it on VRock, i had no idea, definitely made the game for me.

The talk stations in the GTA:3 games. Were they all called Chatterbox? Whatever, I liked the country one in San Andreas, mostly because it played Jerry Reeds' Amos Moses.
not only does the radio have songs that fit in perfectly with the gameplay, but it has it's own news broadcasts and public announcements. not to mention the episodes of herbert daring dashwood. no other game has a radio station with this kind of depth.
that being said, three dog's voice gets annoying eventually, and I ended up killing him because of this.
Are you freakin' kidding me? Killing the best voice actor ever to perform in a Bethesda game? Erik Dellums should've won some sort of award for that performance.
