Don't know if it counts as a final boss theme but I love Price Of Freedom from Crisis Core which plays during the final battle against the Shinra Army.

I definatley have to agree with that, but I raise you Ace Combat 4-0's final songs. Look up "Megalith Agnus Dei", "Unsung War", and "Zero". These will make you wish you heard these songs when you die. Epic to say the least.

I've got a bit of an odd one. The music from Nucleus, the last map of "Icarus: Alien Vanguard" (a megawad - pardon - a mod for Doom 2). I don't know why, something about it just makes me think my long fight's almost over. Don't much care for the actual level, though!

I know it's cliche, but I liked how Metal Gear Solid 4 did the ending, by that I mean using the final boss themes from the other three games as well as an all new one.

This. Loved that ending.

One Winged Angel has got to definatly be the best final boss music in my books. (I'd even say video game music, but let's not get ahead of ourselves).

Defintly prefer the Advent children version over the original, the metal mixed very well with the orchestral.

I second this. Demise of the Ritual fits the whole scenario incredibly well.

Might be the theme to the Ragnaros encounter in MC, from World of Warcraft?

That was pretty much just the same music that was playing in MC the whole time. The Kil'jaeden music was pretty epic.

Izanami-no-okami, I think the song was called Genesis.The little snippets of I'll Face Myself in battle that are put in there are epic.
