For me, it is either:
From the Animaniacs Macadamia Nut
Am I a cutie? Absolutely! and you can bet your batooty. But if you touch me or even get near me, I will have you arrested, do you hear me?
Or Hellfire's:
Like fire! Hellfire! This fire in my skin! This burning, desire, is turning me to SIN!

"Thank God you're still angry at me
I've got a better chance of seeing you dead and buried, yeah
Thank you, for this one last big mistake

It's your turn, come shoot for it
If you win?
Well you can lead the way

Middays are grey, into New Jersey
Did you think maybe I was doing quite well without you in the frame?"

-Elf Tower New Mexico
Coheed and Cambria

That entire song is amazing.

"LeFou, I'm afraid I've been thinking..."
"A dangerous pastime."
"I know."

(Gaston's song from "Beauty and the Beast")

Sympathy for the Devil by The Rolling Stones

"Just as every cop is a criminal and all the sinners saints. As heads is tail just call me Lucifer 'Cause i'm in the need for a little restraint"

Stairway to Heaven by Led Zeppelin

"And it's whispered that soon if we all call the tune then the pipper will lead us to heaven"

A thousand psychic Wars by Blue Oyster Cult

"you see me now on this trip of a thousand psychic Wars.
my energy is spent at last and my armor is destroyed.
i have used up all my weapons and i'm helpless and bereaved.
wounds are all i'm made of...dare you say that this victory?"

I can't answer that without taking up an entire page of the thread. It's like asking "who won at sport this year", doing so in a year with olympics in it. It's not something that can really be answered if you consider the whole spectrum because there's so much good stuff. If you choose the fastest sprinter, then you're unfairly ignoring the best swimmer. Etc.

I am all about Florence's (of the machine) lyrical stylings right now though, with several songs from Lungs. If it makes you want to do wrong-gender kareoke just for some of the lines in it, it must be good; the imagery in the last sort-of-verse of Howl for example.

And I'll probably always have a vote in hand for the Offspring, who can be just as often thought provoking as playing up their more popular "class joker" side. (And though it'll probably attract ridicule, maybe say the same for Linkin Park once you peel away the "whingey screaming emo-boys" shell).

Not going to give examples at this point. I want you to go listen and find out for yourselves :D .... and some of them are personally touching anyhow. Plus I'll end up tangenting into a massive list of bands which the above are a near-random excerpt from.

Then again I could just as well end up picking some lines from Bon Jovi so p'raps I'm just a hopeless music-whore.

This quote from Control by Poe resonates with me in many ways due to my personality and and perceived appearance to some.

I gave you the benefit of the doubt it's true
But keep in mind my darling, not every saint is a fool

But if just one line, it would be the 'not every saint is a fool' part.

Emilie Autumn has quite a few:

"Misery Loves Company": You're so easy to read, but the book is boring me.

"Opheliac": I'm an opheliac. My stockings prove my virtue.

"Dead Is the New Alive": Pretty much the whole song, but I'll highlight:
What is a day without a blessed night?
And what is peace without a blessed, blessed, blessed fight?
A quick taste of the poison, a quick twist of the knife
When the obsession with death
The obsession with death becomes a way of life

Muse as well. Someone already mentioned my favourite line from "Map of the Problematique", but I also like "Knights of Cydonia":
Come ride with me through the pages of history.
I'll show you how God falls asleep on the job.
But how can we win when fools can be kings?
Don't waste your time or time will waste you.

Pretty much all of Dream Theater's "Voices"

A lot of Tool, a favourite being "Stinkfist":
Something kinda sad about
The way that things have come to be.
Desensitized to everything.
What became of subtlety?

But my all time favourite lyric remains this line that's just as true now as it was 15 years ago:

It's not the band I hate, it's their fans.
-Sloan, "Coax Me"

You know I'm born to lose, and gambling's for fools,
But that's the way I like it baby,
I don't wanna live forever,

Forgot the band-Roofs on fire
"Burn ************, burn" I just love hearing that... XD

The beatles-I am the walrus
The whole song... Love it! :D

The Doors-The end
"The killer awoke before dawn, he put his boots on
He took a face from the ancient gallery
And he walked on down the hall
He went into the room where his sister lived, and...then he
Paid a visit to his brother, and then he
He walked on down the hall, and
And he came to a door...and he looked inside
Father, yes son, I want to kill you
Mother...I want to...WAAAAAA"
Just shocking dude. And Morrison actually song the "WAAAAA"-line as a "fuck you" in conserts, if I remember correctly. But he couldn't sing it on albums.

I'm a creep, I'm a weirdo, what the hell am I doing here? I don't belong here. - Radiohead; Creep

That's just one of the lines in a song I really identify with.
[sub][sub] yes, maybe I'm a LITTLE emo. I don't cut though : D[/sub][/sub]

Vicariously, I live while the whole world dies
Much better you than I.

vicarious by Tool :D
Ah, that's a very good one to. Kudos on your good taste!

In regards to Tool, I like that one part of 10,000 Days the most though:

Ohh, what are they gonna do when the lights go down,
without you to guide them all to Zion?
What are they gonna do when the river's overrun,
other than tremble incessantly?

High is the way, but all eyes are upon the ground.
You are the light and the way they'll only read about,
I only pray heaven knows,
When to lift you out.

10000 days in the fire is long enough.
You're going home...

Roger Waters - Miracle.. just because you wudnt expect this from him...

We cower in our shelters
With our hands over our ears
Lloyd-Webber's awful stuff
Runs for years and years and years
An earthquake hits the theatre
But the operetta lingers
Then the piano lids comes down
And break his fucking fingers
It's a miracle
