My favorite line is from Public Enemy's "Go Cat Go", from the "He Got Game" soundtrack. The song is entirely about basketball, and at about half way through for absolutely no reason, Chuck D belts out "WHITE MAN'S BURDEN BE A BLACK MAN'S DREAM!" and then continues rapping about basketball. I'm not really a rap or a basketball fan, but that line makes me laugh every single time I hear it.
