I love the arguments between Leon and Salizar in RE4. Leons sarcasm and cockyness matched with Salizars retardness always made me laugh. Espeshally when Salizar says he sent his right hand after Leon and Leon goes "Your right hand comes off?" That always gets me. Whats your favorite line of diologe?

"Finishing this fight."

Halo 2.

(yes this also symbolised the greatest anti climax in gaming history but the line itself is oh so cool)

Also anything Wrex says in Mass Effect is genius.

My personal favorite line from Wrex is:
"Well, there was that one time the Turians wiped out our entire race. That was fun."
Perfect deadpan delivery.

"On your feet soldier! We are leaving!"
Captain Price from Call of Duty 4. All of his lines are brilliant.

Oh yes, and there's a line in Mass Effect which always makes me laugh:
"You can't bludgeon your way through bureacracy, Commander."
"I can bludgeon pretty hard."
It's hilarious because you can see it coming from so far away.

Oh yeah, and Wrex. And before anyone else can say it, HK-47 too.

"A man chooses; a slave obeys!" -Andrew Ryan

"WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!" -Hundreds of Orks

Edit:
"Commentary: How would you like to be the wholly-owned servant to an organic meatbag? It's demeaning! If, uh, you weren't one yourself, I mean..." ―HK-47

Cut from the final game, but my favourite line of all time is probably from KotOR II: "Timid Theory: Perhaps the humans simply liked being underground. They are strange that way."
