Having played quite a few My favorites are UO (almost 12 years straight) and LOTRO (lifer)

It'll suck. One of the best things in RO (except for the soundtrack and gameplay) were the graphics. 2D + 3D is a win. Crappy 3D is not.

I'd say the best was WoW considering it's the one that everyone tries to copy.
My favorite would either be WoW or Guild Wars, they're the two I've played the most.

EQ2 was a fantastic mmo, DDO was much different. WOW was a clone of EQ. Although now adays everyone refers to WoW and the mmo firstborn which couldnt be further from the truth. Last week I prob would have said DDO. But a lot has changed with their updates and the company with Turbine in general.

I would say best mmo Tabula Rasa, may it rest in peace.

I'm not to into the pretty MMORPG's hich is why I mainly play Tibia but, Rappelz is very nice really should start playing that again at some point.

Try Everquest (not EQ2), it's older than dirt but it's still got more content than any of the others.

I admit I have limited experience with MMO's (have played about 6) but I prefer the community of LOTRO. That said, WOW was fun while it lasted-I just don't have the time to invest.
