Some unbelievably obnoxious idiot at my school kept taking my book and running away guffawing with it. Now I am a relatively peaceful person, but this was really starting to annoy me.

The third time he did this (in one day), this awesome (albeit very stressed looking) guy sitting next to me got up and completely floored the guy. Just smashed him. I picked up my book and the guy went back to studying.

I think it was annoying the other guy more than it was annoying me. It was finals week for the first semester and we were both trying to study. I had only ever said two or three words to this guy.

I planned to join my school's Ultimate Frisbee team. However, there was one major obstacle interfering with that plan. The school and my house are about 18 kilometres apart and

1) I don't have a car to drive home in after practice
2) I can't get a ride home.

Eventually, I made one of the decisions that would, to this day, define who I am. I was going to join the team, and screw motorized transportation, I'll walk home. About an hour and a half after I started walking home, a car pulled over next to me, and the driver was a guy from one of my classes who happened to be driving home from Rugby practice. He gave me a ride home, telling me how much of a hardass I was along the way. I spent the rest of the day having a huge ego trip.

When someone asked me if I was okay when I was crying in the hall. It was the first time I ever had faith in humanity.

I was little when they first opened Hurricane Harbor at Six Flags. My first time in the wave pool, I fell off my raft in the deep part towards the front. I couldn't breathe, and I kept getting hit in the head and shoved back underwater by rafts. Then a lady reached down and pulled me out. The best part is that I didn't drown.

If he'd really read Great Expectations, he would have known that Joe Gargery is the real gentleman...
If he really read Great Expectations, he'd know that Ms. Havisham shoulda throw'd dat cake out. Also that ***** got lit on fire, and it was the best part of the book.

Back on topic, as for me...

Earning my black belt in Tae Kwon Do after four years of hard study.
Finally getting laid after years of hand jobs and oral sex.
Going to Greece and seeing my Father's homeland during its beautiful summers when I was a kid (three times).
Moving back to America having spent almost three years in Germany.
Falling in love (and subsequently having my heart broken about three times).
Rapping on stage about four times at a local venue with a more famous band, who wanted me to collaborate with them.
Placing in the eyes of the audience during my school's talent show, dancing, and every other time I've performed dancing.
Performing in my first, and probably last, stage musical with a packed house (three times).
Graduating high school.
Winning first place in my division at my first and last Tae Kwon Do tournament.
Seeing Born of Osiris, Despised Icon, and The Faceless at Summer Slaughter Tour.

In a few months, I'll probably be adding "passing basic training" to this list.

These are great to read. There's another one I'll share-

I had to go to summer school when I was in high school because I was sick for three months when I was a Junior. It was a miserable experience being with the collection of fuckwits that made up summer school classes. There was a chick in one class that was an AWFUL c--t to me (because of a very long story involving the t-shirt I wore the first day).

Anyway, about two weeks after summer school ended I was driving past her at an intersection RIGHT after she had apparently had a car wreck. She was standing on the road next to her car, and it looked like she been rear-ended by another lady. I slowed down enough that she saw who I was and I yelled out the window, "NICE DRIVING! LOOKS LIKE YOU STILL ENJOY GETTING BUMPED IN THE ASS!!!"

The look on her face is etched in my memory.

Not the best but funny nevertheless.

With maybe five of my friends walking along Southbank at about one in the morning. I noticed a group of guys in their mid-20s walking straight towards us with chests puffed out, shoulders back and an expression on their face as if they were going to kill someone.

They walked right through the middle of our group, stopped and said as they were trying to stare us down, "Hey! Were you guys just in Crown?". Our reply was a simple no to which they said, "Oh, ok then." and walked off.

Maybe you had to be there or I have a weird sense of humour but I thought it was hilarious.

The best moment up to now for me would've been when I accidetally broke a mirror in the morning with my friend constantly poking me with the fact I'd have bad luck for seven more years. Later that afternoon I find 20 euros and he manages to hurt himself twice on the same door... laughter was had in unreasonable amounts.

most likely when the girl that you have always liked for god knows how long tells you she really likes you... though that never happens.

Probably when i went to V fest or GIAN, its great when you feel comfortable to let yourself go with music... and to know that other people are doing the same thing... i think music is the only thing that can bring people together.
